About Me

My name is Lyndell and I'd like to welcome you to my store!
Art has always been a part of my life and in my blood. As a child, I remember watching my father painting watercolour scenes and making toys in his workshop. After graduating and receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from Mount Allison University and a brief stint as a research assistant.  Then I decided to follow in my father’s artistic footsteps, and left sciences to study design and production at Ryerson Polytechnic Institute in Toronto.

Then my path led me to a career in business.  But something inside kept urging me to create.  So about  ten years ago, I started designing miniature figurines in polymer clay for fun. A friend asked if she could have a pendant that resembled one of my orca figurines. Next step was to start selling my figurines and pendants at local craft shows and outdoor markets, then at the urging of many customers I developed my Etsy storefront.  That was six years ago. Today, I am pleased to say, I have my own website.

I find inspiration everywhere for my designs. In my travels I always look for something new and unique that I can translate into a new pendant.  My creations are sculpted from polymer clay: tough, long lasting and colourful.

I hope you will join me on my journey as I find new and exciting ways to play and create with polymer clay.
